Leadership Announcement: Michelle Dube Appointed Executive Director at Channel Point Village

Channel Point Village proudly announces the appointment of Michelle Dube as its new Executive Director, effective June 30. With over two decades of experience in long-term care, Ms. Dube brings a wealth of expertise across various industry sectors, demonstrating a profound commitment to resident care and staff development.

Recognized for her transparent and principled leadership, Ms. Dube prioritizes clear communication as a foundation for organizational success. Her professional focus centers on cultivating a supportive team environment while enhancing resident satisfaction, guided by her core philosophy: “Honesty is the best policy.”

Outside her professional responsibilities, Ms. Dube enjoys family time, gardening, and beach visits, which reflect her appreciation for personal connection and community.

Accompanying Ms. Dube is her certified therapy dog, Auggie, a Mini Australian Shepherd-Corgi cross. Raised in a skilled nursing environment, Auggie, soon to turn seven, is known for his engaging presence and ability to connect with residents and staff, further enriching the Channel Point Village community.
