Meet The Team

Michelle is known for her honest and transparent leadership style, grounded in the belief that clear communication is essential for success. She is deeply motivated by seeing her team thrive and finds her greatest professional satisfaction in the happiness of residents and the growth of her staff. Her guiding philosophy is simple but powerful: “Honesty is the best policy.” When she’s not at work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, gardening, and visiting the beach—a place she holds dear. Michelle brings with her a very special friend: Auggie, her beloved Mini Australian Shepard - Corgi cross. Auggie was raised in a skilled nursing environment and is a certified therapy dog. He’ll be turning seven years old this Friday! He’s happiest when surrounded by residents and staff and is already making himself right at home.
